These terms govern your use of northvawebdesigns.com. By using this site you accept them. Work we perform for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.

What this site is

An informational site about our website design and Google Business Profile services. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a quote. The pricing shown ($900 to build and $99 per month) is our standard pricing and may change. The price for your project is the one in your written agreement.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, volume of traffic, number of leads, or revenue. Search engines and directory platforms are controlled by third parties and their behavior is outside our control. Any figures or examples on this site are illustrative, not promises of what you will achieve.

Concept builds

The companies shown on our work page are fictional. They are design concepts created by us to demonstrate our approach. They are not clients, customers, or endorsements, and they are labelled as such wherever they appear.

Your responsibilities

• Information you send us must be accurate and yours to send.
• Photos, logos, copy, and license or insurance details you supply must be ones you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for those materials.
• You are responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance, including contractor licensing and advertising rules. We provide standard legal pages; we are not your attorney.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Fairfax County, Virginia.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
